This travel service clearly oversold their tour, splitting guests into groups with poor communication about accommodations. Our hotel was switched to a less desirable location far from the city, with inadequate amenities and poor food. This led to exhausting travel schedules and limited options for leisure. The entire experience felt like a bait-and-switch, and I will not be using this service again due to their disregard for customer comfort.
