Currently on a tour of the Italian lakes, and I feel completely cheated. My previous experiences with other tour providers were far superior. The quality of the resort is unacceptable, with basic amenities missing. I would never recommend this service to anyone, and I believe all travelers on this trip deserve a partial refund due to the poor quality provided.
