I ordered an 18 inch Stop Sign Paddle from Traffic Safety Warehouse. The box arrived and it looked like it was run over by the FedEx truck that delivered it. The stop sign was missing the battery and charging cords. The stop sign was useless with the missing parts. I contacted Colette in the Customer Service Department at Traffic Safety Warehouse and explained the situation to her. She was so helpful and shipped me a replacement. I had the replacement within a week.I appreciated the assistance that Colette gave me. With customer service like this, I will be ordering from Traffic Safety Warehouse again when I need crossing guard supplies.
