If I could give these jokers -50 I would, let me start by saying, TrafficStars is so unorganized as a company it's actually so bad you have to laugh to keep from crying. I started with these guys almost a week ago, I uploaded fund's and tried to set the icon for the campaign etc. their system gave me a error's mind you I'm new to their platform. I contacted support, no answer for a week but I noticed the campaign was pending so I figured it was pending because the "icon" wasn't uploaded. 2-3 days past no contact! I sent a email to their support inquiring about the icon issue I still didn't get a answer. 1 day later I woke up and checked the campaign my funds were exhausted of $100 here's another problem this is bot traffic but that's another story I didn't expect much that's why I wasn't to upset. So this morning June 26 - 2023 I woke up to this message Roza from TrafficStars EMAIL2:43 AM (8 hours ago)to supportHello xxxxx, thank you for your patience!you need to upload icon to make your campaign workRozaTrafficStarsSo I say to myself! well if my campaign needed the icon to run how did the campaign just kick on, so after maybe 2 hours someone finally comes to the chat support mind its been a week I tell "George" hey its been a week with no support and my funds are exhausted here's the reply.George“Yes, I see you wrote to us on Friday evening and Saturday.Saturday and Sunday are days off, unfortunately our colleague who works on Saturday and Sunday got sick, so there was such a delay.My apologies and thank you for your patienceGeorge then ask me how can he help? I told him my campaign randomly ran and exhausted my funds and im trying to test their traffic could he restart my balance of $100 simply because based on support my campaign shouldn't have even started because there's no icon for the campaign here's George response George Don't get me wrong, the main support hours are Monday through Friday. As I see, you launched the campaign on Sunday.We provide a personal manager after the turnover of more than $ 7000 on the balance. The personal manager is always in touch 24/7We can't reload your balance, you sent the campaign to check yourself.So I told George but support just sent me a message telling me to even get my campaign to run I needed a icon which make sense because the campaign doesn't even meet the requirements.Then I simply told George don't worry about it, I didn't expect much from trafficStarsWork with this company at your own RISK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!Just a quick thought! Look at the timing of my review and then look at the 2 hour review that came in right after, you know that’s a fake review because 1. Because of the timing but 2. It’s very vague
