Trail Built refused and ignored my attempt to file a manufacturer's limited warranty claim that addresses manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use.I have called multiple times and emailed back and forth to only be ignored and brushed off. Tire's official policy requires that all warranty claims be handled exclusively through the authorized dealer where the tires were originally purchased. Trail Built is an authorized reseller, so they are the correct entity to process the claim.UPDATE!After their management team reached out we were able to submit the claim. Geena was very helpful.Wished rest of their customer support were as helpful. Updated review as issue has been addressed. Tip: stay clear of cheap oversized off-road tires and stick to name brand tires.
