I would like to express how happy I was with the purchasing process but the website didn’t allow me to select the sidewall that I wanted facing out (Radar Renegades have two specific sidewalls). The day after I ordered my wheels and tires, I sent an email to customer service asking for the specific setup that I wanted and I received an email saying it would be taken care of. It took 21 days to receive my package and the first thing I noticed was that they were mounted with the wrong sidewall. Customer service instructed me to take them to a local shop and have them remounted. I spent $250 but customer service only covered $150. The shop I went to damaged the wheels and the paint started peeling. TB customer service first told me they could not do anything to help me because I had them remounted with another shop, and it was past their 30-day return policy seeing that it took 21 days for me to receive the delivery. After stating the fact that they were damaged because they were not mounted correctly, they said they could reimburse me $25 to buy a paint pen on amazon and they would send me a hoodie. After declining that they said they could send out a new wheel and tire but three of my wheels were damaged but they would only send out one wheel if and only if I had not driven on the tires. Trail built’s website does not cover any issues like mine in their return policy. Now after 45 emails they are telling me my only option is a partial refund of $75 and a hoodie.
