Before any training occurred, I was asked to pay a significant amount in cash, which I reluctantly did, and to leave a positive review in advance. After the training, I regretted my decision, especially after witnessing the trainer mistreat my dog. The trainer was excessively rough, disregarding my concerns, and even physically assaulted my dog during the session. Furthermore, he was late yet still charged me the full amount for only a half-hour of inadequate training.
