I started this course in July. Sadly my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer the same month. We are now in November and I have not made any progress as my mother has been given weeks to live. Train Fitness will not provide even a partial refund which is unbelievable during a time like this. They extended my end of course date but don’t seem to understand that It is impossible for me to complete the course with the circumstances I am under. Incredibly shocked by their lack of compassion and understanding.
