The course was by way of e-learning broken into logical modules. The user interface was clear and intuitive and the study package was self paced so you could pick it up and put it down. Although some of the practice questions were a little ambiguous, overall the content was good and easily understood. The exam itself was conducted through an organisation called Proctor, again online. Setup is a little bit more complex because the exam is invigilatated live by way of your mobile phone camera whilst the exam itself has to be taken on either a laptop or a PC. I had a couple of problems, related I think to my woeful Internet connection, but the invigilator was helpful guiding me through using the chat function. Altogether a positive experience and would definitely recommend the company who were very responsive on email.
