Despite being previous customers and having referred a friend, we received no understanding or support. They had ample time to fill the spot, yet kept our money without hesitation. After months of poor communication, I was ultimately informed that no refund would be issued. This experience has left me disappointed, especially as a repeat customer who expected better treatment.
