It was concise laid out and easily understandable.There was one question that I did get wrong.And shouldn't have lolThe question was whether hair nets were mandatory in the kitchen.I answered no. Because in the video it said hair nets, ball caps Or kercheifs were acceptable.Therefore, the hair nets weren't mandatory as long as something was covering your hair...Had I not got that answer wrong?I would have scored ninety eight percent on my test first Try
