Course on high level regarding content and subjects, appropriate to persons using ECDIS in practice.However technical part of practical exercises (ECDIS simulator) needs improvement: simulator was getting frozen every few minutes of use and interrupted 2 or 3 times in the middle of examination session not letting to complete the exam. It was causing lost of exam attampt and all results of examination session. These problems occured despite of good quality of internet signal and good computer software and hardware.
