Hello, everyone. From my experience, I can tell you what I didn't like. Firstly, when watching video lessons, the narrator, both men and women, has difficult pronunciation, and the sound, coupled with the background noise of the recording, is terrible. This applies to both headphones and speakers. The material itself is good and detailed. Secondly, the app constantly crashes. When taking the test itself, I was kicked out three times, wasting my attempts because the test wasn't finished, but in progress! Furthermore, even though I had the option to use the virtual simulator, I couldn't even access it or solve the test problems! I kept getting errors about inaccessible rights or the simulator being busy! My internet speed is fine, though. I was satisfied with the speed at which I received my certificate. However, the program doesn't work correctly; if you try the test too few times, you might fail, not due to ignorance, but due to the website's performance! That's why I'm giving this rating. I wish everyone success and continued improving!
