The delivery of this course is so painfully slow and ponderous as to detract from any benefit gained from taking it. There is no option to change the playback speed (as is generally offered). The tone of the presenter is also extremely patronising. This is by far the worst e-learning course that I have taken. I only stuck with it because it was mandatory.
