There should be more than 10 attempts to achieve certification; this will reduce pressure on the user. A guidance system could also be implemented. If the user makes a mistake on a test question, the system would offer the subject matter that should be reviewed again. This, from my point of view, would make the learning process more optimal, since sometimes the user has limited time to become fully familiar with all the concepts or topics.
