The training is easy to access and user-friendly. I only attended one session, but I was informed that I was enrolled. However, when I opened the link in the email, it stated that I wasn't actually enrolled and advised me to contact my Administrator. I received the email three times, so it seems my enrollment was processed multiple times, yet it is not reflected in the records.
