I received my product today, March 18, after two months of waiting. While it has the promised features, the materials feel cheap and flimsy, and I doubt it will last beyond the first use. I’m seeking a refund after returning it. Updates indicate they offered only a partial refund and insisted on keeping the product, which is unprofessional. I feel the product isn’t worth more than $20-30, while I paid $237. I want my refund!
