BUYER BEWARE - I have been working with this company for years. We received numbers from them that simply did not work. They started to come off after 2 washes - even with them being gently handled. I reached out to customer service where I explained what had happened, but I could tell they did not want to resolve the issue. I was met with question after question where they were trying to put the fault on us and the application process. For context, we used another vinyl from them on the front and applied it according to the directions and it has stayed on in perfect condition. Today, after months of fighting with them, they informed me nothing can be done as it is outside the 30 day window. I had stated from DAY 1 I wanted to send the vinyl I did not use back and would like some compensation as if the vinyl is bad the entire item is bad. Now they are shoving us under the rug. I wish I could upload photos for you to see, some of the numbers are completely falling off.
