When I requested a refund, I was again told it would be processed 'within the day.' That was over 24 hours ago, and still no refund. This service is quick to take your money but fails to deliver on every promise. Their behavior is misleading and feels outright fraudulent. Stay far away from this service. They advertise points and credits they never provide, leaving you frustrated and out of pocket. If you value your time and money, avoid this platform at all costs.
