This has to be one of the worse websites I've ever encounted. Navigation is awkward. FAQs are difficult to fathom (how much are their fees?). The Transfer Travel Support pop-up box fails to answer the simplest of questions. More annoyingly still, the box fails to close obscuring the text that I had entered. It does not allow the upload of photos. Instead it ask you to search their image library. Nothing appeared on this. Neither was it possible to save the text that I entered. After 45 minutes frustration I've given up. Avoid.
