When I asked for a refund, I was told it would be processed “within the day.” Over 24 hours have passed since then, and still no refund. This company is quick to take your money but fails to uphold any of its commitments. Their actions feel misleading and almost fraudulent. I strongly recommend staying away from this service. They promote points and credits that they never deliver, leaving you financially and emotionally drained. If you care about your time and money, steer clear of this site.
