I am so disappointed by the company! We sent two parcels from Germany to Australia with fragile components in one of the boxes which was CLEARLY marked on every side of the box. However, one of the boxes arrived fully destroyed and someone tried to half fixed with DHL package band. When I opened the box I could not believe it, but nearly everything was broken and squashed, also some of the pair of shoes I have sent were missing. We have packed the fragile items very well supported by paper and plastic and it is not to believe that nearly all these items have been destroyed! We payed a fortune to send two packages and we basically got nothing for it!! I have emailed a complain but haven't heard back from Transglobal Express yet. I can not recommend Transglobal Express and would not use this company again!!!
