I chose Translation Online based on positive reviews, particularly those highlighting the reliable delivery of hard copies (in two days after the translation is done). At first, I was satisfied, the translation was of good quality, and the digital copy was delivered promptly via email. I did not receive hard copies (which are essential for me) in 2 days as some other customs did. I sent Translation Online an email enquiry and was asked to pay an additional £6.00 for delivery. I made a payment, but I have yet to receive hard copies, a full week later. Despite several follow-up attempts, my emails were ignored by their agents who had previously been responsive. It’s extremely frustrating to be charged for a service, not receive it, and then be completely disregarded when an issue arises. While the translation itself met expectations, the lack of accountability and poor customer service were extremely disappointing. Ultimately, they did not deliver what was promised, hence the one-star rating. It is unacceptable to charge for a service and not deliver it. I strongly advise to avoid this company, especially if you need physical documents or expect reliable communication.
