The very confidential and important documents I sent on line for the translation job were never translated, it took many weeks and lots of messages in whasapp and by email, back and forth from different agents who probably are all working remotely and don't communicate between each others, I had to repeat the same request many times.They seem to ask me the same questions about what I want and the billing was way above what the website shows when checking out, the experience was very negative and misleading.Then at some point some agent sent me a message asking me if I can be an agent and make money out of the scheme, I was shocked and could not believe it.They are here for the money without giving any real service.The translation is completely lost between translators and it took them many requests to refund me.
