Delivery of translation was quick, but I paid extra for my order to be delivered physically, and am still waiting for this 1.5 week after approval of the translated documents. Their customer support seems of no help and keeps sending links to download the documents instead of providing any information on when I can expect physical delivery. Unreliable.
