I asked for a simple diploma translation — just FOUR lines — and after more than 10 days they still could not get it right.I had to request corrections over six times, and every single time my instructions were either ignored or done incorrectly. This is not just unprofessional — it’s pure negligence.What kind of “translation company” cannot handle a four-line text? It’s absolutely ridiculous.
