I needed an Italian wedding certificate translating for the passport office. The first translation I received had multiple errors including names and dates and half of the document was missing. I have since then submitted at least 4 revisions as each time something is incorrect. Now it’s marked as all completed and there are still errors. How can this be sent to the passport office as an official translation when it’s quite clearly wrong. If I can see that of course they will too. Customer service are very polite but don’t actually seem to do anything useful that helps the situation. I’ve now been waiting for 3 days when I paid for 24 hour professional service.
