My documents arrived completely water damaged and were totally unusable. I had paid a decent amount for them, so I was very unimpressed by the lack of care. Despite reaching out multiple times, Translayte took no responsibility for the damage and refused to refund my order. The customer service response was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected much better for the price I paid.
