I’ve been dealing with this company for over a month now, and the experience has been nothing short of exhausting. Despite providing detailed corrections and feedback multiple times, they keep sending back inaccurate and poorly done translations. In fact, each version seems to introduce new mistakes, including even incorrect dates and factual errors.What’s worse, when I requested a refund (which is more than fair given the unusable quality of the work), they refused, claiming that they had “already completed the job.” That’s not how professional translation services should operate; delivering something full of errors is not “completing the job.”I’ve spent far too much time trying to fix their mistakes and get them to take responsibility. The entire process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money.I strongly advise others to stay away from this company if you care about quality, accuracy, or basic customer service.
