Unfortunately, I can't leave a good review. I was very happy with their service in the beginning and how helpful the team was. But when I received my translations for approval, they we're in a very poor quality. I declined and requested new scans but instead of assisting me properly I got told it was my fault - even though the translations themselves were the issue. I still haven't received my updated translation in a higher quality. I got told it could take up to 24 hours - to re-scan documents... This is unacceptable for a service that has been paid upfront.
