I even asked to confirm for the specific organism and they did.They DO NOT have sworn translation services for Brazil (Brazil government is very picky about how this is done).They delivered something I couldn't use and I had to recur to TrustPilot to have my case attended since I was told the mistake was mine for hiring the wrong service (although I had received a custom offer).In the end, they did provide a refund.
