This is honestly the worst translator I’ve ever dealt with. I sent them a simple Russian document—two pages—and it took them two weeks to produce something that’s still full of mistakes. They ignored my comments, ignored my revision notes, and no matter how many times I pointed out issues—over 90 messages—the translation is still a mess. And after all that, they have the nerve to refuse a refund. Completely unacceptable and unbelievably unprofessional.
