0/5 – Unacceptably slow, charged for not done workThis was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.I paid for an URGENT 24-hour translation.The delivery took THREE WEEKS.Three weeks for something explicitly sold as a 24-hour service.Because of their extreme delay:- part of the document was no longer needed- only 2 pages were actually translated- the remaining work became completely uselessDespite this, they:- charged me for the full job- charged me for urgency, even though it was clearly not respectedissued only a small partial refund, which they had the audacity to call a “goodwill gesture”Let’s be clear:this is not goodwill.It is charging money for services that were not delivered.The translator was slow, careless, and frankly lazy.Customer support was unpleasant, defensive, and not collaborative at all, showing zero accountability or willingness to resolve the issue fairly.If I had been informed in advance that:- they would not meet the deadline- the work would arrive when it was no longer usefulI would have cancelled the order immediately.Instead, they chose to proceed, delay endlessly, and keep money they had no right to keep.⚠️ I strongly advise against using Translayte, especially if you:- have real deadlines- are dealing with important documents- expect honesty, professionalism, and cooperationThis service is unreliable, slow, and unfair.Avoid at all costs.
