Order number #267188The sworn translation was supposed to be completed by last January, 28th 2026 and then shipped via mail to my address (paid for the service). Till date I didn’t receive the translation copies via mail; Translayte’s customer service keeps on telling me that I will get a tracking number within 24 hours when I call them, which doesn’t happen; no one seems to know where the physical copies are. Very frustrating and unprofessional service!
