I must first acknowledge that the marketing was persuasive; however, the service delivered was fraudulent. We explicitly requested a Turkish translation that would be accepted by Turkish authorities. When we attempted to use the documents, they were rejected as unauthorized. Turkish authorities confirmed the translations lacked stamps from officially authorized sworn translators.We then contacted the Turkish embassy regarding attestation and were explicitly told that the company was not authorized and that the service was invalid. Further investigation revealed that the translation was produced using Google Translate. The individual involved admitted this, stating the document was then notarized and apostilled. While thepaperwork may appear "legal" on the surface, the output is invalid and unusable for any official process in Turkiye. Despite promises of embassy-accepted attestation, the company is not legally authorized to provide such services. Their own apostille provider states on its own website that it has no authorization for Turkiye. I paid £210 for a service that was not delivered, received no response from customer service, delayed despite paying for urgency, and ultimately received documents that are unusable and fraudulent. This is a complete misrepresentation of services and, in effect, a scam.
