Very disappointing experience.I paid for a translation service 211€ well in advance due to an urgent university admission deadline. The delivery was delayed, and I was told the correction would be done, but nothing was sent.Phone calls go unanswered, and WhatsApp communication stopped completely after payment.This lack of professionalism put my admission at serious risk. I would not recommend this service for urgent or important documents. Every time they were telling me the same thing “ we will call the translator and tell him to send them urgently “ I didn’t receive anything.They were aware about my situation that the deadline was before the 31st but is like they didn’t give something to do with that. They said they are available 24h/24h I don’t think so coz how come I called more than 5 times and sent emails with no response?I need my money back.if possible I won’t even give them a star.
