I had a very disappointing experience with Translayte (Order #271513). The main issue wasn’t the translation itself — it was the overall service quality and handling of official documents.The documents were shipped in inadequate packaging (soft envelope, not a rigid document mailer) and arrived severely creased/damaged. I raised the issue immediately and requested proper “document-safe” packaging for any re-shipment. Despite multiple complaints and escalations, the problem happened again and the replacement arrived in even worse condition.Communication was also frustrating and repetitive, with lots of “we escalated it” responses but no effective corrective action. After giving the company more than enough opportunities to fix it, I had to proceed via PayPal to recover the payment.If you need certified/official documents handled professionally and shipped properly, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
