I required a document to be translated and shipped to me with the highest urgency: same day translation, next day delivery of the document. It was not cheap. Unfortunately, the document did not arrive with me until over three weeks later. To their credit, Translayte ultimately accepted responsibility for having sold me next-day shipping (when it was apparently not possible) and offered to reimburse me for the shipping costs. While this didn't meet the urgent need I had, I appreciate the gesture. The actual translation was very quick and easy and met expectations.
