I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. While the staff were polite and did eventually deliver the service, the overall process was frustrating and unacceptable.I cancelled my order just an hour and a half after placing it because I realised I was missing some important documents. Despite contacting the company promptly, there appears to be no real cancellation policy in place. My request was completely ignored, and the service was delivered hours later anyway — along with a very expensive fee.For the price being charged, this lack of flexibility and customer consideration is unreasonable. The service is significantly overpriced, especially given that cancellations are not properly acknowledged or accommodated.I would not recommend this company. If you are looking for official translators with faster turnaround times and far more reasonable pricing, I strongly suggest checking out Tridiom.com. They charge less than half of what this company does and provide a much more transparent service.I genuinely wish I had known this before placing my order, as with this company, once you pay, you effectively cannot cancel.
