Very confused organization, imagine asking for a translation of your documents for naturalization process and paying for it and they team translating a someone document for you instead of yours. When you ask for correction they don’t respond everyone of them saying something different. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. They are very useless and not professional they only want to collect your money and run away. Scammers!!!!!
Spoke with customer service agent - Adebimpe Sadiq, Mary Lapiz etc all confused asking the same thing over and over again so annoying that they put another person document in mine. No confidentiality etc.
