Terrible arbitration. We lost 3500€ with this company. They ask us to paid 495€ to solve our case !Please see what we received from Transpact.com :"If you both pay, then I will return the €495 paid in full back to one of you as I see fit, or split the return between you. I cannot continue with the arbitration until these amounts are paid, and I will NOT write to you again until the amounts are paid."Now we have no artwork and no money !
