I was hired to write a user guide for a Roche acute diagnostic medical device. Editors loved my work and it was accepted after quality review July 10, 2025. I submitted my purchase order to their "rapid" invoice processing system, RIPS and have been waiting ever since for notification that my paycheck was mailed out. I am waiting on $1,995 for my work. I need it now to pay back a high interest loan I had to take out to pay my bills. It is a horrible sinking feeling to do quality work and not get paid.
