This service is incredibly frustrating. They send items you never ordered, and when you try to return them, the shipping costs are outrageous. For an $89 order, they wanted $30 for the return, which is absurd. If they operated more transparently, they would reach out first to confirm any orders instead of assuming they can send items and profit from returns. I would strongly advise against using this service. On the same day I was notified about the shipping label, I had already requested to cancel any subscription they claimed I had.
