I had booked my Vietnam trip with Travaura and they took all the money for booking . Upon following up on the visa and other details few days before the trip, there was no response..most of them were not picking up the call not were they replying to the email. Ok the very day of my travel they replied to my email stating that the booking has been cancelled and they will either reschedule it or refund in this case. It is a very disheartening moment for anyone who has planned everything and they were sitting with my money for 3 months already. They didn't bother to inform me at all nor were they responding to me. This was a huge loss both mentally and financially. Never ever book from them I have been trapped like anything.
