My wife bought a suitcase in Brazil for travel to Europe. On arrival in Portugal it was missing a wheel. Contacted customer support hoping to get the wheel fixed while in Portugal or Spain. They were very helpful and had their Iberian branch send a suitcase, albeit smaller than the original, to our address in Spain together with a small gift.Glad to see there are still companies with functional and attentive after-sales customer support.
