I love this company and their products. Bought a neck pillow many years ago at an airport, which I came to love... and when I later had a son he became so attached to this pillow, and uses it like his "teddy bear", it comforts him and he sleeps with it every night. After several years of being used intensely by my son, the pillow was quite worn out, so I wanted to buy him a new one. I panicked when I couldn't find any place to buy it, so in the end I contacted Travel Blue directly to ask if they could help me. They were quick to answer and my desperate search all of a sudden turned into the most lovely experience I could ever have hoped for. They were so incredibly kind during the email conversations we had, and now I have 4 pillows on the way and my little boy is set for life in regard to his "best friend".
