My experience with Travel Blue is interesting because where I live it is something that rarely happens. I bought a product that developed a defect after two weeks of use. Within the warranty period they offer (36 months), it was something relevant and deserved to be activated. I thought I would not get any return and would be left with the defective product. But I was surprised by their quick and careful response. They asked for information in a very objective manner and apologized for the possible bad experience. Within a few days I already had a new product sent by mail. I received it with a letter and another symbolic product as a gift. I was very happy with the care they took with me and I will certainly consider Travel Blue products in the future.
