I am in a unsafe country I'm Africa and bought Vodafone as it's a big name and not the online SIM seller * the SIM didn't work and I am dangerously exposed in Africa , I came back to hotel to chat via the account chat box they instantly allocated an agent bit the system automatically cuts the chat by saying time out . I have gone through 19 agents and by the time they understand problem the thing is gone . Horrendous and six time more expensive than others
