I've been with the company for less than six months, but I've already booked three signature tours through the platform. Just a week ago, I was on Con Dao Island in Vietnam. My husband and I went together; we were a wonderful group of strangers, but by the end of the trip, we felt like family. However, as soon as we contacted support, the company responded quickly and contacted the hotel. Our meal issue was quickly resolved, and everything turned out well! Also, due to weather changes and the tour program being canceled, they quickly replaced our program with a new one, and it was wonderful! We also had a lot of Russian-speaking people, and not all of them spoke English. They arranged two guides for us—one English-speaking and one Russian-speaking. We're especially grateful for this. The company found a wonderful guide, whom we all loved. I fell in love with the hotel, the nature, the scenery, the people, the food, and the company's care. It was also my husband's birthday, and this trip was the best gift for him. After the trip, I edited a video and got cash bonuses online. I practically covered the cost of the trip, and it was even cheaper. This was an incredible gift. I thank our travel company and can't wait for our next trip, which is so good that it's next month!
