First time using a travel agency - we were pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything has gone so far, our agent Natalia Spears has been great through the whole booking process. We leave for Korea and Japan (it's our honeymoon) at the end of the month and we have received most of our travel documents through - just waiting on a couple more bits.
